DUTIES:

Job Description:

• Implement, maintain and advance sales management programs, operations, processes, and procedures while complying with relevant policies, regulation, and guidelines.
• Develop various analyses such as organizational, systems, feasibility, and cost/benefit studies and present reports with implementation plans to sales and account managers.
• Participates in the evaluation of work measurement/productivity studies, management control, plans of service, methods analysis, and other elements of sales management and administration.
• Act as knowledge expert on the Sales cycle process with unwavering commitment to customer service.
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and various other supporting functions
• Support new application rollouts and participate in testing of new applications
• Meet company's KPIs and targets, and communicate activity metrics to management.
• Provide cost analysis support for our services, including life cycle cost estimating, contract proposal evaluation, and Integrated Program Management (PM) analysis.
• Drive day-to-day operational efficiency; develop reporting and dashboards based on project data and statistical analysis.
• Measure and analyze Organization's most critical KPIs.
• Simplify and communicate complex concepts to the Sales Team to drive data-driven outcomes.

Requirements:

BS in Business Administration or related and 2+ years of exp. in a leadership position in the telemedicine and travel assist services industry developing strategies for international corporate clients based on the country of origin. Exp. with SAP and ISO 9001 implementation and follow up.

SALARY:

$55,000 per year

HOURS:

40 hrs per week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 P.M.
